Our Story
The Fox Chapel Office Center was built in the 1970s by the late John Hobart Miller IIÂ who saw an under-served opportunity for providing leased office space to the professionals in the Fox Chapel area.
In 2001 it was transferred to a Partnership for the benefit of his nine children, some of whom are active in the management and upkeep of the property.

Shared Space Office Rental
The Office Center has available rental space of private offices that share access to bathrooms and conference areas. Space sizes vary with some as small as 100 sf. This can be an ideal solution for sole practitioners who can't work from home and appreciate a professional office environment for their clients.

Leased Space As-Is or Built to Suit
Each of the individual office buildings have three floors. Each floor has designated restrooms. The buildings range from 9,600 sf-7,200 sf of usable office space per building. With approximately 3,200 sf-2,400 sf per floor.
Tenants can lease an entire building (9,600 sf-7,200 sf), two floors (6,400 sf-3,200 sf), an entire floor (3,200 sf-2,400 sf), a partial floor or even a single office.
We are now offering one-year lease terms. Our basic lease has a minimum three-year term. 5-year buildout credit available on extended leases. Lease rates vary depending on tenant's build-out requirements. Our staff leasing agent will work with you to get a specific proposal.
